IKAN is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement does not claim full conformance.

Scope and context
A standard, a legal context and an honest boundary.
The work also considers India's IS 17802 and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules 2017, as amended in 2023.
This statement covers the public flagship website and its first-party routes. Linked products and third-party services have separate owners and may have different accessibility status.

The working standard
Four principles shape every public route.

Perceivable
Text alternatives, captions or transcripts, readable contrast, responsive text and a clear content hierarchy are treated as release requirements.

Operable
Core journeys must work from a keyboard, show a visible focus state, avoid traps, provide usable target sizes and respect reduced-motion preferences.

Understandable
Navigation, help, labels, errors and sponsored-move boundaries should remain consistent and written in plain language.

Robust
Native elements and stable accessible names are preferred so browser and assistive-technology support does not depend on visual styling.

Test matrix
Automation finds regressions. People prove the journey.
The release gate and human review are recorded separately. A browser accessibility-tree contract is not described as a human screen-reader test.

- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Captions and transcripts where published media provides them

Known limitations
What this statement does not yet prove.
Human assistive-technology record
The automated gate includes browser accessibility-tree contracts, but a complete dated human record across VoiceOver, TalkBack and the declared browser matrix is not yet published.
Linked products and third-party services
A link from the flagship site does not make the destination part of this statement. Request the current status for the specific product or service.
Downloadable documents
A procurement PDF is being rebuilt from structured content. Until its tagging, reading order and text extraction are verified, the HTML scorecard is the accessible source.
Legacy media
Some archived media may need a stronger transcript, audio description or caption review before it can meet the same standard as current flagship content.

If a page, control, film or document is difficult to use, tell us the route, task, browser, device and assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. Do not include passports, medical records or active case documents.
