Who we are

What this site is for

The site describes IKAN's destination services, immigration support and related work across India and South Asia. It is informational. No consultancy engagement, service commitment or professional advice is formed by reading it, asking AIRA a question, or generating an arrival plan. An engagement begins only when both sides sign an engagement letter or service agreement.

AIRA and the plan builder

AIRA is an AI concierge. It answers from IKAN's published knowledge, it can be wrong, and its answers are not binding on IKAN. Arrival plans are planning drafts based on published service scope, not completion-time data or promises. A consultant must validate every live-case date.

Testimonials and third parties

Reviews quoted on this site are as published by their authors on public review websites. Third-party names, marks and certifications belong to their owners. IKAN marks, the ikan wordmark and site content belong to IKAN and may not be reused without permission.

Editorial imagery may be AI-assisted and does not depict a specific IKAN client case unless a caption expressly identifies it as documentary material.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape the site at abusive rates, probe or overload the AI endpoints, or submit unlawful content through the forms. We rate-limit and log abuse.

Liability and law

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, IKAN is not liable for loss arising from reliance on informational content. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
