Vendor: onboarding, proof and getting paid

Clearing compliance, submitting milestone proof, and how T+0 payouts work.

Onboarding

Complete the onboarding steps — business basics, services, capacity, compliance documents and banking. AIRA validates each compliance document on upload so you clear faster.

Submitting proof

For each job milestone, upload photos or PDFs and add a voice memo if it is quicker — AIRA transcribes it. Geo-tagged proof is supported for field work.

Getting paid

Invoices auto-draft from milestone sign-offs. Submit one and, once ikan approves it, you are paid in T+0 on your connected rail (Stripe Connect, RazorpayX, or wire).
