IKAN fee
The agreed coordination, specialist, delivery, review and reporting work named in the proposal or programme rate card.
Commercial structure
IKAN separates its service fee, agreed programme structure and third-party costs so a buyer can see what is being priced, what is passed through and what still depends on the live brief.
Three commercial shapes
A defined service or set of services is priced against the agreed move, city, route, dates and responsibilities.
An employer or RMC can agree a rate structure in advance for a defined programme, with scope and exceptions recorded.
Third-party costs are separated from IKAN's fee and carried with the applicable provider record or supporting document.
Fee and pass-through boundary
The agreed coordination, specialist, delivery, review and reporting work named in the proposal or programme rate card.
External authority, provider, property, transport, school, carrier or specialist charges that depend on the actual route and supplier.
Availability, authority requirements, taxes, provider terms and scope changes are confirmed before they are treated as committed.
What a proposal needs
Proposal timing is confirmed after the scope, live dependencies and approved commercial channel are understood.
Approval and handoff
The signing entity, commercial owner, service responsibilities, third-party assumptions and route after approval belong in the actual proposal.
